Raw Material

We use Pima and Tanguis cotton yarns, among others, as well as blends with various natural and synthetic fibers from the main spinning mills in the country. This guarantees a high quality product from the beginning of the process.

Fabric

We manufacture a wide variety of fabrics, including Jersey, Pique, French Terry, Flannel, Thermal Interlock and Ribs in 100% cotton and also in various blends. Our grades range from NE 10/1 up to NE 100/1, available in twisted or sintered yarns, with or without Spandex.

Dyeing

We dye and finish batches ranging from 3 kg to 720 kg per color. We use inputs certified by GOTS, Blue sign, Oeko Tex, among others, complying with the highest international standards in environmental care and sustainability. In addition to traditional finishes, we offer special finishes such as Aloe Vera, Beeswax, UV Protection, Wicking, Antifluid, among others.

Fabric printing

We also offer our customers the possibility to perform printing processes using rotary machines with reactive dyes, pigments and discharge, in collaboration with specialized suppliers.

Cutting

The cutting process, the elaboration of the molds and curling are carried out with the latest versions of software, which allows us to optimize the fabric consumption to the maximum. The cutting is carried out under strict quality control, guaranteeing from the beginning of the manufacturing process of the garments the fulfillment of our customers' requirements.

Embroidery / Printing

For garments that require embroidery and/or localized printing processes, we have specialized services, which ensure compliance with the specifications of our customers.

Sewing

We have automatic sewing machinery for the manufacture of all types of knitted garments such as T-shirts, Polo Box, sweatshirts, pajamas, dresses, tops, bodysuits, baby and children's clothes, etc.
