In this initiative, we establish a business relationship based on principles of cooperation, transparency and respect, with a focus on safeguarding the rights of the people and protect the environment.

The principles of Fair Trade are the following:

• Creation of opportunities for the community: We must foster the development of equal opportunities for the progress and well-being of the communities involved in the supply chain.

• Internal Transparency and external: it Is essential to maintain a clear communication and accurate information both within the organization and with the various external actors, creating trust and an open management.

• Good business practices should promote ethical and responsible practices that promote balance and well-being in all business relations.

• Capacity building: it Is relevant to encourage the growth and development of the capabilities of both the producer and co-workers involved in the supply chain.

• Raise awareness of fair trade: We should raise awareness and promote the importance of Fair Trade, to foster a greater understanding of their benefits and principles.

• Payment of a fair price to Secure a price that is fair and equitable for the products and services, that allow an adequate remuneration to the producers and workers.

• Equal treatment: Ensuring equity and non-discrimination in all business relationships, respecting the rights and dignity of all persons involved.
